We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Much like purchasing from an art gallery, you are investing in a unique, handmade creation. Variations in texture, stitching, and slight imperfections are part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
