1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] unless otherwise stated.

Because our crochet garments are handmade, some pieces may require additional production time. Estimated processing times will be listed on each product page when applicable.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our crochet dresses are made-to-order. This means:

  • Production may take [1–3 weeks] before shipping
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your item is complete

We prioritize quality and craftsmanship, and appreciate your patience.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses


If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

JOJO DAISY is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Packages delayed or lost in transit


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [3–5 days] of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

7. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many items are handmade:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun
  • Contact us immediately if you need to request a change
